The shell takes the colour of the month and the engraving of your choice. After a year, the twelve albums line up on their rail and the collection is complete.
Thirty motifs to choose from, engraved in relief above the text, in the same white as the engraving. “None” leaves the shell bare.

Six double pages, twelve prints at 86 × 54 mm, a tabbed divider tinted in the colour of the month and an engraving in relief on the shell. Closed size 84 × 71 mm with a 27,6 mm spine. The pages unclip one by one so you can change a print.
Frost white, burgundy, sage, powder pink, cyan, terracotta, pastel yellow, coral, turquoise, bright orange, plum and Christmas red. The line-up is redefined every year: no two years ever look the same.
Shells and pages in mineralised PLA, rigid and matt, with hinges built into the part, no screws and no glue. Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth, never a solvent. The prints are pigment-based and stable for several decades away from direct sunlight.

Twelve images, in the order of the windows. The files stay on your device, nothing is uploaded.
Only one date matters for you: the 20th of the month. The rest happens at our end.
Nothing to assemble. You glue nothing, you assemble nothing. The only move is to set the album on its rail.
The contents of an album never change. What changes is the length, the monthly price and what ships with it.

The rail extends by one module with each new album. It is never too big in the first month, never too small in the twelfth.
The spine of the album sits in the free slot, a press of the thumb, and the rib locks. Nothing to screw, nothing to glue.
One module per album, two end stops. The rails join end to end: two rails carry a whole year.
Colour is the marker. On the rail, you find a month at a glance, without having to read a single label.
Yes. From your account, you can move from monthly to a pack at any time: the amount already paid for the current month is deducted. Moving from a pack to monthly happens at the end of the prepaid period.
Nothing goes out. We remind you three times, 7 days before, 3 days before and on the eve of the closing date. If the selection stays empty, the month is carried over and you are not charged.
It is an option, at 2,90 € a month on the monthly plan, 12,90 € on the 6-month pack and 19,90 € on the 12-month pack. You type up to twenty characters and see the result live on the album. The text is printed in relief within the body of the shell, in pure white: it cannot rub off and it cannot peel away.
The brand typeface, Pellune Display in weight 700, with Impact and Arial Narrow Bold as fallbacks. Capital height 7 mm, relief 0,8 mm, minimum stroke width 1,2 mm. These settings also apply to the printed accessories, so that everything stays consistent from one object to the next.
No. The album stands up on its own and shelves like a small book. The rail is there to line the collection up and to let it grow by one module per album. It is included in the packs and available at 24,00 € on the monthly plan.
No, and that is deliberate. The colour marks the month, and it is what makes the line readable on the rail. The engraving, on the other hand, is entirely yours to choose.
Never. A pack is a one-off purchase. We let you know before it ends, and you decide what happens next.
Yes. You receive a printable gift card with a code; the recipient enters their own address, photos and engraving. The start of the pack can be put back by up to three months.
They are kept for ninety days so that a reprint is possible, then deleted. You can ask for them to be deleted immediately from your account.
Upload twelve photos before the 20th, and we take care of the rest.
No review has been published on this plan yet. If you have received it, your feedback will be the first to appear here.

The photos go into production. No further change is possible.
The twelve prints come off on matt photo paper and go through the colour check.
The six pages are clipped into the divider in the colour of the month.
A tracking number is sent to you by email. The parcel goes out as tracked letter post.
Put through your letterbox, without signature. The status turns green in your account.

An assembled and filled album: six double pages, twelve prints at 86 × 54 mm, clipped into a tabbed divider tinted in the colour of the month. You assemble nothing, you glue nothing.
Closed, it measures roughly 84 mm high, 71 mm wide and 27,6 mm thick. It fits in one hand and stands upright without a stand.
The shells and the pages are printed in mineralised PLA, a rigid, matt material. The hinges are built into the part, and there are no screws and no glue.
Yes. The pages unclip one by one: you take the print out, slide another one in, and close it again. Nothing is damaged by opening it.
It lines the albums up on a desk or a shelf and extends by one module with each new album. It grows with the collection instead of being too big in the first month.
Yes, with end-to-end connectors. Two rails carry the twelve albums of one year, three rails carry a year and a half.
Twelve, no more and no less. Two per page, six pages. That is what gives the collection its constant thickness.
JPEG, PNG and HEIC. Files straight from a phone are perfectly fine.
Allow at least 1000 × 630 pixels. Below that, the app warns you and offers to replace the photo before the closing date.
They are cropped automatically to 86 × 54, with a preview that you can move and adjust yourself before confirming.
Yes. Each print can carry a caption of thirty characters, printed under the image. It is optional.
They are kept for ninety days so that a reprint is possible, then deleted. You can ask for them to be deleted immediately from your account.
Yes, as long as the month is within the ninety-day window. A reprint of a complete album costs 12,00 €.

On the 20th of the month, when the selection closes. With no photos uploaded, no payment is taken.
Yes. The monthly plan can be paused as often as you like. The 6-month pack allows one pause, the 12-month pack two.
From your account, under Subscription, using the Cancel button. It takes effect immediately and costs nothing. The month already under way is still delivered.
No. A pack is a one-off purchase. We let you know before it ends, and you decide what happens next.
Yes, from monthly to a pack at any time, and from a pack to monthly at the end of the prepaid period.
Yes. You receive a printable gift card with a code; the recipient enters their own address and photos.
Twelve, one a month. For 2026: frost white, burgundy, sage, powder pink, cyan, terracotta, pastel yellow, coral, turquoise, bright orange, plum and Christmas red.
No, and that is deliberate. The colour marks the month: it is what makes the line readable at a glance on the rail.
Yes. The line-up is redefined every year, so no two years ever look the same.
You pick up with the colour of the month you come back in. The colour you skipped stays available individually for six months.
Allow two to four working days after dispatch, which happens before the 30th of the month. Three extra days for Corsica and the overseas territories.
In France it is 4,90 € per shipment on the monthly plan and free on the 6 and 12 month packs. To the European Union and Switzerland it is 19,90 € per shipment. To the rest of the world, 39,00 €.

Every payment generates a PDF invoice, downloadable from your account under Invoices.
Still stuck? Write to us, we answer everything, even the tiniest questions.
From uploading your photos to the letterbox, here is exactly what happens, and when.
The rest happens at our end. You choose your twelve photos, we take care of the printing, the assembly and the dispatch. The album arrives assembled, ready to set down.
Nothing to assemble. The album arrives assembled and filled. The stand, for its part, extends by one module with each new album: it grows with the collection instead of being too big in the first month.
The cycle is the same every month. Only one date matters for you: the 20th.
| Period | What you do | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| From the 1st to the 20th | You upload and crop twelve photos | We check the resolutions and alert you if needed |
| The 20th at midnight | Nothing, the selection closes | The payment is taken |

The album sits on the rail with a press of the thumb. The pages unclip one by one if you want to change a print.
The spine sits in the free slot on the rail, you press, and the rib locks. No tools.
The cover tips to one side and the six pages unfold like a concertina. The hinges are built into the material.
One more module with each new album, two end stops. The rails join end to end.
No. The album arrives assembled and filled. Only the rail asks anything of you: clipping the modules end to end, which takes about ten seconds.
Yes. The page opens on its hinge, the print comes out, another slides into its place. The clip is designed for hundreds of cycles.
Yes, it sits like a small book. The rail is there to align the collection and make it easy to read.
A soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid solvents, which dull the surface unevenly.
The paper is a pigment-based matt photo paper, stable for several decades away from direct sunlight. Avoid full southern exposure behind glass.
Write to us with a photo: the part in question is sent out free of charge for two years.
For everything else, it is all on the page Frequently asked questions.
Fourteen days to withdraw on non-personalised items, and a free replacement in the event of a fault.
You have fourteen days from delivery to send an item back. The exception: an album personalised with your photos cannot be taken back, unless it is faulty or damaged.
One fault, one replacement. If the album arrives damaged, we do not ask you to send it back before we ship the replacement. The photos are enough.
We do, if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. You do, if it is a simple withdrawal on a non-personalised item.
Not under the right of withdrawal, since it is made for you. It is, however, taken back and replaced free of charge if it has a fault.
Fourteen days at most after the return arrives, and often three to five days in practice.
Yes, on the rails and the accessories. For a personalised album we talk about replacement: the same album is remade exactly as it was.
That is not a problem. Rigid packaging and some protection are enough; what matters is that the item arrives intact.
No, but spare parts are sold at cost price and sent free of charge the first time.
After fifteen working days from dispatch, a replacement is sent automatically and free of charge. Report it through Track my order.

The site is hosted by a provider established in the European Union. Its full details are provided on request at the contact address above.
All the elements of the site, texts, visuals, three-dimensional models, logo and graphic identity, are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of the publisher.
The photographs sent in by customers remain entirely their property. They are used only to make their album and are never published or transferred.
The publisher endeavours to keep the information accurate and up to date. Errors or omissions remain possible; they can be reported at the contact address and are corrected as quickly as possible.
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to the amicable settlement of a dispute. The mediator’s details are provided on request.
Applicable to orders placed from 18 August 2026. Version 2.0.
These terms and conditions of sale govern all relations between Dimitri Mauri, sole trader operating the Pellune brand, hereinafter “the seller”, and any natural or legal person placing an order on the site pellune.fr, hereinafter “the customer”.
Placing an order implies the customer’s full and complete acceptance of these terms. They prevail over any other document, unless the seller has agreed otherwise in writing beforehand.
The seller reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those in force on the day of the order, a copy of which is attached to the confirmation email.
The seller offers three-dimensionally printed photo albums, filled with photographic prints supplied by the customer, along with modular support rails, accessories and subscriptions providing for the periodic delivery of these items.
These terms apply to distance sales concluded with consumers within the meaning of the French Consumer Code, residing in mainland France, in Corsica, in the overseas departments and regions, in the European Union and in Switzerland.
Sales to businesses acting in the course of their activity are subject to specific terms, provided on request at the contact address.
Three plans are offered. The Monthly, at 17,90 € a month, entitles you to one album a month, with no minimum term. The 6-month pack, at 108,00 €, covers six consecutive months and includes a six-slot rail. The 12-month pack, at 192,00 €, covers twelve consecutive months and includes two connecting rails.
Two paid options can be added freely to any plan. The personalised engraving of a text of twenty characters at most costs 2,90 € a month on the monthly plan, 12,90 € on the six-month pack and 19,90 € on the twelve-month pack. The engraved logo, chosen from thirty motifs, costs 1,90 € a month, 9,90 € and 14,90 € respectively.
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. The seller may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. No increase can be applied during a prepaid pack.
In France, delivery charges are 4,90 € per shipment on the monthly plan and free on the six and twelve month packs. To the European Union and Switzerland they are 19,90 € per shipment, whatever the plan. To the rest of the world, 39,00 € per shipment.
The customer selects a plan and personalisation options, then uploads the photographs intended for printing. The number of photographs expected depends on the plan: twelve for the monthly plan, seventy-two for the six-month pack, one hundred and forty-four for the twelve-month pack.
The customer checks the details of the order in the basket, makes any corrections, then confirms. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the price, of the description of the items and of these terms.
The sale is only complete once the price has actually been collected. A confirmation email bearing a number in the format PLN followed by the year and a six-digit sequence is sent to the customer within the following minutes.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom a payment dispute exists, or whose submitted files breach Article 6.
The customer remains the sole owner of the photographs they submit. They grant the seller, solely for the purposes of fulfilling the order, a non-exclusive licence strictly limited to reproduction on paper and assembly within the album.
The accepted formats are JPEG, PNG and HEIC. The recommended resolution is at least 1000 by 630 pixels. Below that, the app flags the risk of quality loss and offers to replace the file before closing.
Each photograph is cropped automatically to 86 by 54 millimetres. The customer is given a preview that they can move and adjust. It is their responsibility to check this framing before confirming; no claim is admissible in respect of framing confirmed by the customer.
The selection is open from the first to the twentieth day of each month, until midnight, Paris time. After that point it is definitively closed and can no longer be modified, as production starts the following day.
Payment is made by bank card, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay or Google Pay. It is processed by an approved provider established in the European Union. No card number is kept on the seller’s servers.
On the monthly plan, payment is taken when the selection closes, on the twentieth day of the month. If no photographs have been uploaded, no payment is taken and the month is carried over at no cost.
The six and twelve-month packs are paid in a single payment when the order is placed. They give rise to no subsequent payment and do not renew automatically.
If a payment is declined, the seller suspends fulfilment of the order and informs the customer. A further attempt is made within forty-eight hours. After three consecutive declines, the subscription is suspended automatically.
The customer warrants that they hold all rights to the images they submit, including the image rights of the people shown, and indemnifies the seller against any third-party claim in this respect.
The following are prohibited: content contrary to public order, pornographic content, sexual depictions of minors, content inciting hatred or violence, and any unauthorised reproduction of a protected work.
The seller reserves the right to suspend production in the event of serious doubt, to inform the customer and, where appropriate, to terminate the order automatically with a refund of the months not yet started.
Production begins on the twenty-first day of the month. Printing is carried out in France on pigment-based matt photo paper, checked for colour, then mounted in a tabbed divider tinted in the colour of the month.
Dispatch takes place before the thirtieth day of the month. The observed delivery time is two to four working days in mainland France, plus three days for Corsica and the overseas territories, and three to seven days for the European Union and Switzerland.
These times are given as a guide. A reasonable delay does not give rise to any right to compensation. After fifteen working days without delivery, the customer may request a free replacement dispatch or the cancellation of the order.
Items are sent as tracked letter post, without signature, and delivered to the customer’s letterbox. A tracking number is provided by email at the time of dispatch.
The customer undertakes to provide a complete and accurate address. Any address error attributable to the customer results in a second dispatch being charged at the rate in force.
Risk transfers when the parcel is physically handed over to the customer. If the parcel is damaged or open on arrival, the customer is asked to photograph it before opening it fully and to report it within forty-eight hours.
The monthly plan is entered into for an indefinite period. It can be cancelled at any time from the customer account, without justification, without penalty and without notice. The month already under way is still delivered.
The packs are entered into for the period purchased. They cannot be cancelled during that period, except in the event of a failure by the seller or under Article 10.
Pausing is unlimited on the monthly plan. It is limited to one month on the six-month pack and to two months on the twelve-month pack. Each pause skips the month concerned and extends the pack by the same amount, at no cost.
In accordance with Article L. 215-1 of the French Consumer Code, the seller informs the customer of the option not to renew their subscription, by email sent no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the end date.
The customer has fourteen days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal on non-personalised items, without having to give a reason.
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right does not apply to albums made from the customer’s photographs or to shells bearing a personalised engraving, as these goods are clearly personalised. This exclusion does not affect the statutory guarantees.
On a pack, withdrawal remains possible as long as production of the first album has not begun. Beyond that, the refund covers the months not yet started, less the value of the items already delivered at the unit price in force.
Withdrawal is exercised by any unambiguous statement, sent by email or from the Returns and exchanges page. The refund is made no later than fourteen days after the return is received, to the original payment method.
All items benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity under Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
Under the guarantee of conformity, the customer has two years from delivery. They may choose between repair and replacement, subject to the cost conditions provided for by law. They are exempt from proving the defect during the twenty-four months following delivery.
Under the guarantee against hidden defects, the customer has two years from the discovery of the defect and may choose between cancellation of the sale and a reduction in the price.
Beyond these guarantees, the seller replaces free of charge for two years any faulty functional part, clip or hinge, on simply sending in a photograph.
The photographic files are kept for ninety days after printing in order to allow a reprint. After that period they are deleted and reprinting becomes impossible.
A reprint of a complete album is charged at 12,00 €, postage included. It is free when it puts right a fault attributable to the seller.
The seller is automatically liable for the proper performance of the obligations arising from the contract. It may, however, be released by proving that non-performance is attributable to the customer, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or to a case of force majeure.
The seller cannot be held liable for the loss of files of which the customer has kept no copy. Keeping the original of every photograph submitted is strongly recommended.
No compensation may exceed the amount of the order concerned, except in the event of gross or wilful misconduct by the seller.
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
The customer has at all times a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, which they exercise from their customer account or at the contact address.
The three-dimensional models of the albums and the rails, the graphic identity, the Pellune Display typeface, and the visuals and texts of the site are protected. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without written authorisation.
The sale of an album does not transfer any right in the model. The customer is not permitted to reproduce the object, in particular by three-dimensional printing, for commercial purposes.
Any complaint must first be addressed to customer service, through the contact form or to sav@pellune.fr. A reply is given within one working day on average.
If that fails, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge within one year of their written complaint. The details of the competent mediator are provided on request.
The customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform made available by the European Commission.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts alone have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers.
If any of these clauses were to be declared void, the other clauses would retain their full effect.

Sign-in session. It keeps your session open between two pages of your customer account. Duration: the browsing session, or thirty days if you tick “Remember me”. Without it, you would have to re-enter your credentials on every page.
Basket contents. It remembers the plan chosen, the personalisation options and the images uploaded for as long as the order is not confirmed. Duration: thirty days.
Form security. An anti-forgery token protecting form submissions against requests forged from another site. Duration: the session.
Memory of your choice. It records whether you accepted or refused audience measurement, so that you are not asked again on every visit. Duration: six months.
These four trackers do not require your consent: they are strictly necessary to provide the service you expressly request.
An audience measurement tracker lets us count visits, know which pages are read and which are abandoned, and spot technical errors.
It is configured to respect your privacy: the IP address is truncated before being recorded, no advertising identifier is created, no cross-referencing with other sites takes place, and the data does not leave the European Union.
Retention period: thirteen months for the tracker, twenty-five months for the aggregated statistics that result from it.
It is only placed after your explicit agreement. Refusing it prevents no feature from working.
No advertising cookies, no ad network, no real-time bidding.
No social network pixels. The Instagram, TikTok and Facebook logos on the site are images embedded in the page: they load nothing from those platforms and do not report your visit.
No retargeting trackers. You will not see our albums following you around other sites.
No resale of browsing data, in any form whatsoever.
On your first visit, a banner offers you three choices: accept everything, refuse everything, or customise. Refusing is as simple and as visible as accepting, in a single click.
Until you have answered, only the strictly necessary trackers are placed.
Your choice is kept for six months. After that, you are asked again. You can reopen the question at any time from this page.
From the site. The Cookies link in the footer reopens the choice panel and lets you change your mind, in either direction.
From your browser. All browsers allow you to delete existing cookies and block future ones. The settings are usually found in the privacy preferences, under cookies or site data.
Please note: blocking all cookies will stop the basket from working and will sign you out on every page. Blocking only the audience measurement trackers has no consequence at all.
The preference signal. If your browser sends a general do-not-track signal, we respect it: audience measurement is then not offered.
Sign-in session: the visit, or thirty days with the remember option.
Basket contents: thirty days.
Form security token: the visit.
Memory of the consent choice: six months.
Audience measurement: thirteen months, aggregated statistics twenty-five months.
Any question about trackers can be sent to bonjour@pellune.fr. We reply within one working day.
The details of data processing are set out in the privacy policy. If disagreement persists, you can refer the matter to the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence.
Upload the images that will fill your albums. They stay on your device until the order is confirmed.
